Shipment processing time

Ready to ship items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may take additional time.

Rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping

Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. Please email us for a quote at contact@lingoalchemy.com.

Shipment confirmation & tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lingo Alchemy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Lingo Alchemy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Insurance is available at an additional charge. If you received your insured order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns and exchanges

We work so hard to bring you the perfect handmade item that at this time, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. So please be sure you’re ordering exactly what you want.
